摘要
为了进一步提高天然产物的分离效率,本文主要综述了近年来双水相萃取技术在植物多酚分离方面的应用现状,包括简单的酚酸类、黄硐类、花色苷类和苯丙素类,以及双水相萃取与其他方法的联用,并展望了其应用前景。
In order to improve the efficiency of aqueous two-phase extraction,the application of biphasic extraction in plant was reviewed including simple phenolic acids,flavonoids,anthocyanins,and phenylpropanoids,as well as the combination of aqueous two-phase extraction and other methods,and its application prospect was prospected.
