摘要 为提高机采棉梳理质量,分析机采棉指标及梳理存在的问题,从梳理用刺辊、锡林、回转盖板速度以及各梳理器材间隔距、气流工艺隔距、管道负压设置方面对梳理传统与当代新工艺对比分析,阐述机采棉用锡林金属针布、道夫金属针布、回转盖板弹性针布、刺辊金属针布和固定齿条盖板针布的选配原则;通过JWF1204型梳棉机工艺优选和针布优化后纺CJ 14.6 tex纱并进行质量指标对比,提出机采棉梳理工艺和针布优化思考。结果表明:重视对机采棉性能分析、研究及梳理质量的影响,是提高机采棉成纱质量的基础;以“充分梳理、排杂优先、控制短绒增长、发挥棉结和杂质清除率的最大化”为原则,进行梳理工艺和针布配置优化,能有效解决机采棉杂质小且多、纤维籽屑多、短绒高影响成纱质量的问题。 To improve the carding quality of machine-picked cotton,the index and problems in carding of machine-picked cotton are analyzed,the traditional and modern new processes of carding are compared and analyzed from the aspects of the speed of taker-in,cylinder and rotating flat,the gauge of carding accessories,the processing gauge of air flow and the negative pressure setting of pipeline.The selection principle of cylinder MCC,doffer MCC,rotating flat flexible clothing,taker-in MCC and stationary wired flat clothing are described.The quality indexes of CJ 14.6 tex yarn are compared after the optimization of process and card clothing of the carding machine JWF1204,some thoughts on the optimization of carding process and card clothing of machine-picked cotton are put forward.The results show that paying attention to the analysis and research on performance of the machine-picked cotton and the influence of carding quality are the basis to improve the yarn quality of machine-picked cotton.Based on the principle of“fully carding,priority of impurities removal,control the growth of short fiber,maximization of the clearance rate of neps and impurities”,the carding process and card clothing configuration are optimized,which can effectively solve the problems that small and many impurities,more fiber seed chips and high short fibers of machine-picked cotton affact the yarn quality.
