机采棉在清梳联工序的新器材新工艺优势分析

摘要 文章分析了机采棉在梳理过程中存在的6项问题和对质量影响最大的4个因素,在清梳联工序以优化器材、排杂优先、合理配置工艺、充分梳理、控制短绒增长和发挥棉结杂质清除率的最大化为原则,有针对性地采取开清工序的6项工艺优化、梳理工序的10项工艺优化、针布配置的6项优化具体措施,能够有效降低机采棉梳理中存在的问题,保证成纱质量,发挥机采棉纺纱的优势。 The paper analyzes six problems in the carding process of machine-harvested cotton and the four related factors that have the greatest adverse impact on quality. Followed by the principles of blowingcarding process, i.e., optimizing equipment, removing impurities first, rationally configuring the process, fully carding, controlling the increase of cotton linters, and maximizing the removal rate of neps, the paper specifically adopted six process optimizations for the opening process, ten process optimizations for the carding process, and six optimization measures for card wires configuration, which can effectively reduce the existed problems, ensure the yarn quality, and give full play to the advantages of machine-harvested cotton.
