摘要
近年来,各大高职院校开始重视学生的创新创业教育,在人才培养方案中加入了相关内容,为学生提供校内创业孵化基地,并逐步通过校企合作来构建学校人才培养新平台,使学生的双创教育与双创实践有效地结合在一起,但实际情况与预期的教育效果仍有差距。论文结合就业工作、实习巡视及企业交流、调研的经验,针对现今校企合作对高职学生创新创业能力培养的进一步加强提出若干举措。
In recent years,the major vocational colleges began to pay attention to students'innovation and entrepreneurship education.They have added relevant content to the talents cultivation plan,and provide students with entrepreneurship incubator within the school,and gradually build a new platform for school talents cultivation through school-enterprise cooperation,so that students'mass entrepreneurship and innovation education and mass entrepreneurship and innovation practice can be effectively combined.However,there is still a gap between the actual situation and the expected educational effect.Combined with the experience of employment work,internship inspection,enterprise exchanges and research,the paper puts forward several measures to further strengthen the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of vocational students through school-enterprise cooperation nowadays.
