摘要
针对某低品位白钨矿资源,在现有731捕收剂浮选体系下未能获得较好的浮选指标,且运行过程指标不稳定等问题,为提高选厂综合经济效益以及钨资源利用效率,运用新型高效白钨矿捕收剂SD-4对该白钨矿进行浮选试验。常温粗选试验结果表明:在碳酸钠、水玻璃、SD-4用量分别为1000 g/t,1000 g/t,580 g/t的条件下,采用一粗一精两扫作业可以得到WO3品位为9.79%、WO3回收率为94.77%的白钨粗精矿,比采用现有731捕收剂白钨粗精矿品位提高了2.84%,回收率提高了3.29%。加温精选作业在氢氧化钠和水玻璃用量分别为2500 g/t,40000 g/t的条件下,白钨粗精矿经浓缩、保温、搅拌后经一次粗选四次精选三次扫选闭路浮选试验可以得到WO3品位为56.80%,作业回收率为97.64%的白钨精矿,比采用731捕收剂浮选体系下加温精选作业白钨精矿品位高出4.65%,回收率提高了1.77%。
In view of some low-grade scheelite resources,the existing flotation system with 731 collector failed to obtain favorable flotation indexes due to the unstable operation process indexes.For a better comprehensive economic benefit of concentrator and utilization efficiency of tungsten resources,a new high-efficiency scheelite collector SD-4 was applied for flotation test.The results of roughing test at room temperature show that scheelite coarse concentrate with WO3 grade of 9.79%and WO3 recovery rate of 94.77%can be obtained by using one roughing,one cleaning and two sweeping operation.The dosage of sodium carbonate,water glass and SD-4 are 1000 g/t,1000 g/t and 580 g/t respectively.It is 2.84 higher than that of scheelite coarse concentrate with existing collector 731 with the dosage of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate are 2500 g/t and 40000 g/t,respectively.The scheelite concentrate with WO3 grade of 56.80%and recovery rate of 97.64%can be obtained by the closed-circuit flotation test of one roughing,four cleaning and three scavenging after stirring.The grade of scheelite concentrate is 4.65%,with a recovery rate of 1.77%,which is higher than that of scheelite concentrate in heating operation with 731 collector flotation system.
