摘要
目的:观察耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗骨折后失眠的疗效。方法:选取2019年3—9月深圳市宝安中医院收治的骨折后失眠患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,试验组另给予耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗。结果:试验组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、阿森斯失眠量表评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效率88.2%,对照组有效率67.6%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗骨折后失眠,能改善患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、阿森斯失眠量表评分。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of scraping with copper needle combined with auricular point pressing beans on insomnia after fracture.Methods:A total of 68 patients with insomnia after fracture admitted to Shenzhen Bao′an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group was additionally given scraping with copper needle combined with auricular point pressing bean therapy.Results:After the treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index and Arsens Insomnia Scale score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 88.2%,which was higher than that of the control group:67.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of insomnia after fracture,scraping with copper needle combined with auricular point pressing beans can improve the Pittsburgh sleep quality index and the score of Arsens Insomnia Scale.
