摘要
合肥市先进制造业集群发展态势良好,但仍面临一系列亟待破解的问题,为促进合肥市先进制造业集群高质量发展,立足"科创+产业"视角,介绍了集群发展现状,深入剖析了集群发展面临的制约因素,如科技创新能力不强、集群内协同化发展薄弱、与现代服务业融合度不深、高层次人才支撑不足等,在此基础上,提出了强化科技创新、促进集群协同发展、促进两业融合、优化营商环境等发展路径。
In spite of a good development momentum,advanced manufacturing cluster in Hefei is still faced with a series of problems to be solved. In order to promote its quality development,the paper expounds its current situation and analyzes the main constraints from a perspective of "sci-tech innovation + industry ". The main constraints involve such aspects as lack of capacity in scientific and technological innovation,weak synergy within the cluster,poor integration with modern service industry and lack of high-level talents. This paper thereby puts forward a development path of enhancing scientific and technological innovation,promoting the coordinate development of the cluster,further integrating manufacturing with service industry and optimizing the business environment.
