摘要
目的探讨延续管理服务对白血病化疗患儿生活质量及深静脉置管管路并发症的影响。方法依据出院后管理方式将100例白血病患儿分为常规管理组(n=45)和延续性管理组(n=55),常规管理组患儿出院后接受常规出院及院外管理,延续性管理组患儿出院后接受延续性管理服务。管理前后,比较两组患儿的依从性;采用儿童生存质量普适性核心量表评估两组患儿的生活质量;比较两组患儿深静脉置管管路并发症发生情况。结果管理后,两组患儿依从性量表、儿童生存质量普适性核心量表各维度评分均高于本组管理前,且延续性管理组患儿依从性量表、儿童生存质量普适性核心量表各维度评分均高于常规管理组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。延续性管理组患儿并发症总发生率为5.45%,明显低于常规管理组患儿的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论延续管理服务能够改善白血病化疗患儿的依从性,降低深静脉置管的并发症发生率,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of continued management services on the quality of life of children with leukemia chemotherapy and complications of deep venous catheterization.Method According to the post-discharge management method,100 children with leukemia were divided into conventional management group(n=45)and continuity management group(n=55).The routine management group received routine discharge and out of hospital management after discharge,while the continuity management group received continuity management service after discharge.Before and after the management,the compliance of the two groups was compared;the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by the universal core scale of children’s quality of life;the incidence of complications of deep venous catheterization was compared between the two groups.Result After management,the scores of children’s compliance scale and children’s quality of life universal core scale in the two groups were higher than those before the management,and the scores of children’s compliance scale and children’s quality of life universal core scale in the continuity management group were higher than those in the conventional management group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in children in the continuity management group was 5.45%,which was lower than the 26.67%in children in the conventional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Continuous management service can improve the compliance of children with leukemia chemotherapy,reduce the incidence of complications of deep vein catheterization,and improve the quality of life.
