摘要
针对掘进机轴承故障诊断难度大、诊断效率低、诊断结果不能可视化等问题,结合掘进机轴承故障诊断系统功能需求及主要功能模块,搭建了掘进机轴承故障诊断系统总体方案框架,设计了现代化、数字化、智能化的掘进机轴承故障诊断系统。该系统可以高效、快速地将掘进机轴承故障进行诊断并将诊断结果可视化,以便及时发现和维修轴承故障,为掘进机轴承故障率减少、故障维修时间的减少等方面提供理论依据及技术支持。
Aiming at the problems of difficult diagnosis, low diagnosis efficiency and inability to visualize diagnosis results for bearing faults of roadheader, the functional requirements and main functional modules of the bearing fault diagnosis system for mine tunneling machine have been combined, the overall bearing fault diagnosis system for mine tunneling machine has been built the scheme framework, a modern, digital, and intelligent bearing fault diagnosis system for mine tunneling machine has been designed. The system can efficiently and quickly diagnose the bearing faults of the and visualize the diagnosis results, so as to find and repair the bearing faults in time. It provides theoretical basis and technical support for the bearing fault rate and fault maintenance times reduction of the roadheader.
