摘要
利用Pro/E软件搭建掘进机整机模型,将该模型导入ADAMS软件中建立掘进机虚拟样机模型;在MATLAB中模拟掘进机截割头的受力曲线,导入ADAMS中生成样条曲线,施加于截割头质心处,进行振动仿真,得到掘进机截割头的振动信号变化规律并进行分析。了解煤岩硬度与掘进机截割头振动信号变化之间的关系,对实现掘进机动载荷智能识别以及掘进机自动化开采具有重要意义。
The Pro/E software was used to build the whole machine model of the roadheader,and then the model was imported into the ADAMS software to build the virtual prototype model of the roadheader.In MATLAB,the force curve of the cutting head of the roadheader was simulated,and the spline curve was generated by introducing into the ADAMS.It was applied to the centroid of the cutting head to perform vibration simulation,and the variation law of the vibration signal of the cutting head of the roadheader was obtained and analyzed.Understanding the relationship between the hardness of coal and the vibration signal of the cutting head of the roadheader was of great significance for the intelligent identification of the driving load and the automatic mining of the roadheader.
