摘要
高职院校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育、职业生涯规划、心理健康教育等工作的骨干力量,辅导员的队伍建设和发展直接影响大学生的成长成才。在论述当前高职院校辅导员队伍现状和对其进行专业化建设的必要性的基础之上,提出了进行辅导员队伍专业化建设的对策,如提升辅导员政治素质能力,规范辅导员招聘机制,提升辅导员科研能力,完善培训保障机制,提高辅导员管理能力和自我管理能力。
Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education,career planning,mental health education and other work for college students.The team construction and development of counselors has a direct impact on the growth and success of college students.This paper discusses the current status of higher vocational college counselor team and the necessity of carrying out the specialized construction.Based on this,countermeasures of counselor team construction have been put forward,such as improving the capacity of political quality of counselors,regulating counselor recruitment mechanism,promoting scientific research ability of counselors,perfecting the training guarantee mechanism,and promoting their management ability and self management ability.
