摘要
高等学校实行学生辅导员助理制度有极其重要的意义,它有利于新同学尽快适应大学的学习和生活;及时补充了辅导员老师发挥不到的作用,减轻了辅导员老师的工作负担;充当了联系学校各有关部门和老师与新生的桥梁和纽带;为高等学校的教育工作添加了一份力量。
It has very important significances that the college carrys out the system of students counsellor assistant and the system is in favor of the new students adapting the study and life of the college.
