多联机制热运行时室内机制冷剂流动噪声分析及解决方案 被引量:1

Analysis on refrigerant flow noise of indoor unit and its solutions for multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit during heating operation

摘要 理论分析多联式空调(热泵)机组制热运行时室内机制冷剂流动噪声及其控制方法,并对某R32风冷式多联机搭配4台室内机(开机模式和关机模式各2台)进行试验,结果表明:处于开机模式的室内机,当其电子膨胀阀开度为90步时,流入电子膨胀阀的制冷剂处于液态,制冷剂流动噪声基本消失,此时室内机制热性能较优;处于待机模式的室内机,当其电子膨胀阀开度为30步时,制冷剂流动噪声基本消失. The refrigerant flow noise of indoor unit and control methods for multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit during heating operation are analyzed,and the experiment is conducted on one R32 air-cooled multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit coupled with four indoor units(two on,two off).The results show that for the indoor units which are on,when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is 90,the refrigerant flowing into the electronic expansion valve is in a function of liquid state,and the refrigerant flow noise basically disappears,thus the heating performance of indoor units behaves better.For the indoor units which are off,when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is 30,the refrigerant flow noise basically disappears.
