尼可地尔联合曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察尼可地尔联合曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者的效果。方法:选取60例行PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组均行PCI术,对照组术后采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合尼可地尔治疗,比较治疗前后两组心功能指标水平、血清指标水平和用药期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组左室收缩末期容积、左室舒张末期容积均明显低于对照组,左室射血分数大于对照组,超敏C反应蛋白、脑钠肽和基质金属蛋白酶-9水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尼可地尔联合曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者可提高心功能指标水平,降低血清指标水平,效果优于单纯曲美他嗪治疗。
