摘要
目的探讨个体化护理联合饮食护理对心肌梗死支架术后并发心力衰竭患者遵医行为的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年4至12月中国医科大学附属第四医院收治的心肌梗死支架术后并发心力衰竭患者87例的临床资料,按照护理干预方法分为对照组(43例)和观察组(44例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用个体化护理联合饮食护理。比较两组遵医行为和营养状况。结果干预后,两组进食体位及时间、进食顺序、服药、健康饮食习惯4个方面遵医行为评分均高于干预前,观察组进食体位及时间、进食顺序、服药、健康饮食习惯4个方面遵医行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组营养状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理联合饮食护理能够提高心肌梗死支架术后并发心力衰竭患者的遵医行为,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing combined with dietary nursing on compliance behavior of patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction stenting.Methods Review the The clinical data of 87 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction stenting in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from April to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.our hospital,Aaccording to different nursing intervention methods,the patients were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases)two groups,43 patients in Tthe control group waswere given routine nursing intervention,while 44 patients in the observation group waswere given individualized nursing combined with dietary nursing.The compliance behavior and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of compliance behavior including feeding position and time,feeding order,medication and healthy dietary habits in both groups were higher than before(P<0.05).the scores of compliance behavior and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nursing combined with diet nursing can improve medical compliance behavior of patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction stenting,which is worth popularizing.
