摘要
当前工业锅炉的运行存在着能耗过大、浪费较多的情况,为此探究节能降耗技术在工业锅炉运行中的应用,从当前工业锅炉的耗能点与耗能指标切入,对影响锅炉能耗的主要因素进行分析,从供风系统的优化、保温系统的优化以及蒸汽冷凝水的回收利用三个方面提出节能降耗技术在工业锅炉运行中的具体应用措施,为工业锅炉的使用及改造提供一定的参考价值,在工业锅炉运行时的节能降耗工作中起到一定的作用。
The current operation of industrial boilers has excessive energy consumption and more waste.For this reason,the application of energy saving and consumption reduction technology in the operation of industrial boilers is explored,starting from the current energy consumption points and energy consumption indicators of industrial boilers.The main factors affecting the energy consumption of the boiler are analyzed,and the specific application measures of energy saving and consumption reduction technology in the operation of industrial boilers are proposed from three aspects:the optimization of the air supply system,the optimization of the insulation system,and the recovery and utilization of steam condensate.The use and modification provide a certain reference value and play a certain role in the energy saving and consumption reduction work of industrial boilers during operation.
