摘要
文中主要从工业锅炉水垢的成因、水垢的导热系数、水垢对锅炉造成的危害等方面阐述了工业锅炉防垢的重要性,另外通过对锅炉除垢后的节能概算以及除垢的节能效果实验说明了锅炉防垢是关系到锅炉设备安全、经济运行的重要工作,尤其在锅炉节能方面关系也极大。
This article mainly expounds the importance of industrial boiler antiscaling from the causes of industrial boiler scale,thermal conductivity of scale,and the harm caused by scale to boilers.In addition,the energy conservation estimates after boiler descaling and the energy saving effects of descaling are described experimentally.The prevention of boiler scale is an important task related to the safe and economic operation of boiler equipment,especially in terms of boiler energy conservation.
