摘要
针对南海W油田转注井注水量下降达45%~60%,在充分了解转注井基本特点的基础上,室内开展了现场注入水水质分析与结垢评价、现场堵塞物分析、现场注入水堵塞损害评价与机理研究。最终确定腐蚀产物、结垢等无机堵塞为转注井堵塞的主要原因,并提出了相应的解堵技术对策。
In view of the fact that the water injection rate of transfer wells in W Oilfield of South China Sea drops by 45%-60%,we conducted indoor experiments study,such as the analysis of field injection water quality and scaling evaluation,the analysis of field plug,and the plugging damage evaluation of field injection water and mechanism investigation,on the basis of the full understanding of the basic characteristics of transfer wells.Finally,it is determined that the inorganic plugs such as corrosion products and scaling are the main reasons,and the corresponding technical countermeasures for plug removal are put forward.
