摘要
将三坐标测量汽车水室的翘曲变形量和MoldFlow模拟仿真的理论翘曲变形量进行比较分析,探讨预变形设计对水室成型精度的影响规律,最后采取预变形补偿技术控制汽车水室的翘曲变形量。结果表明:优化补偿后的制品装配面翘曲变形误差最大值从1.24 mm减少到0.47 mm,满足了制品的精度要求。
The warpage deformation of the actual product obtained by using three-coordinate measurement and the theoretical warpage deformation by using MoldFlow simulation were compared and analyzed.It discussed the influence of pre-deformation design on the forming accuracy of the water chamber.Finally,the pre-deformation compensation technology was adopted to control the warpage deformation of the car water chamber.The results showed that the maximum warpage error of the product assembly surface after optimization and compensation was reduced from 1.24 mm to 0.47 mm,which met the product design accuracy requirements.
