摘要
利用注塑CAE软件对聚乙烯管件进行变形分析,发现管件孔口沿熔接线方向发生椭圆形变,然后结合实测不圆度数据,确定反变形型腔尺寸,对管件模具在型腔、型芯上的分型面方向和开模方向采用不同的收缩率进行实际注射实验。结果表明,对圆筒状管件采用反变形,使其孔口不圆度有很大改善。
CAE of injection software was used to analysis the deformation of PE pipe and elliptical deformation occurred along the weld lines of pipe orifice was found. Then combining with measuring the data of out of roundness, the size of reverse deformation cavity was confirmed, and different shrinkage rates in parting face and mold opening direction of cavity and core of pipe mould were adopted to make practical injection test. The results showed that out of roundness of pipe orifice was improved greatly when reverse deformation was adopted for cylinder pipe.
