摘要
以京雄城际铁路固安特大桥跨廊涿高速转体梁A0#段冬期施工方案为研究背景,应用有限元软件进行瞬态热力学分析,确定养护棚搭设及棚内蒸汽管道布置方案,并应用智能温度监测系统,实现养护全过程实时监测,提高混凝土的冬期施工质量,为高速铁路智能化建造提供借鉴。
Based on the winter construction scheme of the Section A0 of the swivel beam of the Gu'an super long bridge crossing Langfang-Zhuozhou express highway on the Beijing-Xiong’an intercity express railway,the analysis on transient thermodynamic is carried out by using the fi nite element software to determine the construction scheme of the curing shed and the layout scheme of the steam pipeline in the shed,while the intelligent temperature monitoring system is used to realize the real-time monitoring of the whole curing process,improve the winter construction quality of the concrete,so as to provide reference for the intelligent construction of the high-speed railway.
