摘要
冠心病是常见的一种心血管疾病,冠状动脉内植入支架是现今治疗冠心病的一种常用手段,但支架内狭窄和晚期形成血栓等问题影响支架的长久疗效和安全性,限制着支架的应用。本研究主要对生物可吸收聚合物支架和生物可吸收金属支架的特点进行介绍:支架植入早期为血管提供径向支撑,防止血管的弹性回缩,后期完全吸收后其对血管的束缚被解除,从而有效地降低再狭窄率和血栓的形成。通过对不同材料的生物可吸收支架技术发展历史的综述,简要说明了生物可吸收支架技术发展路线以及未来发展趋势,以期为今后的研究提供借鉴。
Coronary heart disease is a common cardiovascular disease.Intracoronary stent implantation is a common method for the treatment of CHD.However,stent stenosis and late thrombosis affect the long-term efficacy and safety of stents,which limit the application of stents.This study mainly introduced the characteristics of bioabsorbable polymer stent and bioabsorbable metal stent:the stents provide radial support for the blood vessel at the early stage of implantation,prevent the elastic retraction of the blood vessel,and after the complete absorption in the later stage,the binding of the blood vessel is released,thus effectively reducing the restenosis rate and the formation of thrombosis.This paper reviewed the development history of bioabsorbable scaffolds with different materials,and briefly describes future development trend of bioabsorbable scaffolds technology,so as to provide reference for future research.
