摘要
城市国际马拉松赛事旅游效应与赛事旅游吸引力正相关,赛事旅游吸引力基于城市"游客"感知。通过专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法及基于扎根理论的质性研究等结构化与非结构化的混合研究方法,基于参赛者旅游需求感知视角,解析和论证引致我国城市马拉松赛事旅游效应因素的可靠性及相关性。研究认为:我国城市国际马拉松旅游吸引力包括赛事质量、活动介入、参与成本和赛事服务4个感知维度。赛事质量是影响城市国际马拉松赛事旅游吸引力的第一要素,活动介入的影响力高于赛事服务影响力。参与成本是影响城市国际马拉松旅游吸引力的显著因素,但是低于赛事质量、活动介入与赛事服务。与一般城市目的地旅游者关注有形要素不同,城市国际马拉松赛事旅游更侧重于旅游目的地的无形要素感知。实践中,未来我国城市国际马拉松赛事旅游将从"工具理性"转向"价值理性",不仅关注赛事举办场所决定的相对空间优势,更需关注旅游体验本质决定的需求结构,注重参与者的系列感知与体验将是提升我国城市国际马拉松赛事旅游效应的重要手段和政策取向。
The tourism effects of city international marathon events are positively associated with the event’s tourism attraction,which is a factor related to the tourists’cognition of the city.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches,including expert interview,questionnaires,mathematical statistical method,and qualitative research based on grounded theory,this research explains and demonstrates the reliability and correlation of factors affecting China’s city marathon events’tourism effects from the perspective of competitors’cognition of tourism demands.The result shows that,the tourism attraction of marathon events in Chinese cities includes four dimensions,which are event quality,activity intervention,participation cost and event service.Event quality is the foremost element affecting tourism attraction.The influence of activity intervention is much higher than that of event service.Participation is a significant factor,but its influence is lower than event quality,activity intervention and event service.Unlike general urban destination tourists who focus on tangible elements,the focus for tourism brought about by a city marathon event is more inclined towards the virtual factor perceptions of the tourism destination.In practice,a city marathon event in China will shift from"instrumental rationality"to"value rationality"in the future,paying attention not only to the relative spatial advantage determined by the venue of the event,but also to the demand structure determined by the nature of tourism experience.
