摘要
心力衰竭是威胁生命的一组复杂临床综合征,根据中医五行学说,心为火,脾为土,火生土,心脾是母子关系,以脾论治心系疾病由来已久。近年来肠道菌群的研究,取得了重大进展,文章基于肠道菌群,结合中医的心脾理论,探讨以脾论治心力衰竭的科学内涵,并阐述了近年肠道菌群与心衰之间关系的研究进展,以期为心力衰竭的治疗带来更好的思路。
Heart failure is a life-threatening set of complex clinical syndromes.According to the five elements theory of Chinese medicine,the heart is fire,the spleen is soil,fire generates soil,and the relationship between heart and spleen is mother and child.The treatment of heart diseases based on spleen has a long history.In recent years,great progress has been made in the study of intestinal flora.Based on the intestinal flora,combined with the theory of heart and spleen of traditional Chinese medicine,this article discusses the scientific connotation of treating heart failure by spleen.,and expounds the research progress of the relationship between intestinal flora and heart failure in recent years,in order to bring better ideas for the treatment of heart failure.
