摘要
目的:构建在线医疗平台信息服务质量评价模型,完成在线医疗平台信息服务质量科学方法的讨论。方法:借助文献分析完成在线医疗平台信息服务质量评价指标的选择,借助层次分析法和专家调查方式完成指标权重的定量分析。结果:根据权重分析,得出在线医疗平台信息服务质量“五维”评价模型,一级指标权重排序依次为远程诊疗医生资源(0.3070)、平台信息内容质量(0.2408)、平台栏目设计与布局(0.2065)、系统稳定与安全(0.1303)、个性化服务模块(0.1154)。结论:五维评价模型是在线医疗平台信息质量评价较为可行的方法与路径。
Objective:To build an online medical platform information service quality evaluation model,and complete the discussion of the scientific method of online medical platform information service quality.Methods:Complete the selection of evaluation indicators for information service quality of online medical platforms with the help of literature analysis,and complete the quantitative analysis of indicator weights with the help of analytic hierarchy process and expert survey methods.Results:According to the weight analysis,a"five-dimensional"evaluation model for the quality of online medical platform information was obtained.The first-level index weights are ranked in order of remote diagnosis and treatment doctor resources(0.3070),platform information content quality(0.2408),platform column design and layout(0.2065),system stability and security(0.1303),personalized service module(0.1154).Conclusion:The five-dimensional evaluation model is a more feasible method and path for online medical platform information quality evaluation.
