摘要
将校园共享自行车作为贯穿智能制造全生命周期的产品,在新工科背景下对智能制造工厂实验室进行了实践。介绍了总体设计原则和总体架构,设计了工艺路线,论述了信息物理系统、角色扮演和人才创新培养等方面,并构建了线上虚拟仿真智能制造工厂实验室。最后从三方面对智能制造工厂实验室的未来进行了规划。
The campus shared bicycle was taken as a product that ran through the entire life cycle of intelligent manufacturing,and the laboratory of intelligent manufacturing factory was practiced under the background of new engineering course.The overall design principles and overall architecture were introduced,the process route was designed,the cyber-physical system,role play and talent innovation training were discussed and an online virtual simulation laboratory of intelligent manufacturing factory was built.Finally,the future laboratory of the intelligent manufacturing factory was planned from three aspects.
