摘要
我国高等教育进入普及化阶段,适逢“十四五”及教育现代化建设,西部一般地方高校作为我国高教系统发展的“最短板”,应准确认识高等教育普及化阶段的特征要求和未来发展的新形势、新机遇和新使命,对接新时代国家发展需求和政策机遇,进一步更新思想观念,明确办学定位,深化办学机制体制改革,推进开放办学和治理体系现代化建设,强化特色建设,着力高层次人才引培工作,不断提高人才培养质量和社会贡献度,办人民满意的教育。
At present,China’s higher education has entered the stage of popularization,which coincides with the period of the 14th Five-year Plan and the modernization of education.As the“shortest board”for the development of China’s higher education system,the general local colleges and universities in Western China should have an accurate understanding of the characteristics and requirements of the popularization stage of higher education and the new situation,new opportunities and new mission of future development,comply with development requirements and policy opportunities of the new era,further update the ideas,clarify the orientation of running a school,deepen the reform of school-running system and mechanism,promote the open education and modernization of governance system,strengthen characteristic construction,focus on attracting and training high-level talents,continuously improve the quality of student development and social contribution,and provide education to the satisfaction of the people.
