摘要
矿井水害有多种,解决水害的方法也不同,在分析矿井水害的来源及安全承受水压的基础上,依据《煤矿井下车场及硐室设计规范》《煤矿防治水设计规范》,采用挡水墙来解决矿井水害。挡水墙的主要作用是堵截过水通道,防止邻近矿井或本矿井的大突水点向本矿井突水,作为解决矿井水害的一种方法,有施工工艺简单、不受场地限制、便于施工的优点,普遍被矿井作为矿井防治水技术手段。探讨了井下挡水墙的设计来源、依据及目的;根据其承受水压的能力,选择了合理的挡水墙结构及计算公式,并进行了抗剪验算,提出了挡水墙施工的相关技术要求;通过本次挡水墙设计得出,计算结果满足设计需求,设计的挡水墙能满足堵截邻近矿井老空水或其他水源向本矿井突水的通道,达到了治理矿井水害的目的。
There are many kinds of mine water hazards,and the methods to solve the water hazards are different,according to"Code for design of underground car yard and chamber in coal mine"and"Code for design of water prevention and control in coal mine",the water retaining wall was adopted to solve the mine water disaster.The main function of the water retaining wall is to block the passage of water to prevent water inrush to the mine from the large water inrush point near the mine or the mine itself,the advantages of easy construction are widely used in mine water control technology.This paper discussed the origin,basis and aim of the design of the underground water-retaining wall,selected the reasonable structure and calculation formula of the water-retaining based on the ability of bearing water pressure,and carried on the shear-resistant calculation,and put forward the relevant technical requirements for the construction of the water-retaining wall.Through the design of the water retaining wall,the calculated results meet the design requirements,the design of the water retaining wall can meet the closure of adjacent mine gob water or other water to the mine water inrush channel,to achieve the goal of mine water damage control.
