摘要
在学校教育中,班主任应综合运用多种手段,科学、高效地实施养成教育,以提高学生的品行修养和综合能力。班主任可采取以下方法实施养成教育:以班会为阵地,对学生进行品德教育;以周记为载体,与学生进行心灵沟通;以课堂为中心,对学生进行德育渗透;以评定为手段,对学生进行鼓励鞭策;以榜样为引领,对学生进行行为示范。
In school education,the teacher in charge of a class should use a variety of means to carry out the formative education scientifically and efficiently,so as to improve the students'moral cultivation and comprehensive ability.The teacher in charge of a class can take the following methods to carry out nurturance education:to conduct moral education to students on the basis of class meeting;to communicate with students in mind with weekly records;to infiltrate moral education into students with classroom as the center;to encourage and spur students by means of assessment;to conduct behavior demonstration for students guided by examples.
