摘要
目的:膝骨关节炎(OA)患者常伴有焦虑症状,行全膝关节置换术(TKA)增加患者焦虑症状,探讨ERAS疼痛管理对这类患者围手术期焦虑、术后康复及依从性的影响。方法:选取关节外科收治的膝骨关节炎伴有焦虑症状的患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者进行常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理基础上引入ERAS管理进行干预,比较两组患者术后在疼痛、焦虑评分以及功能锻炼依从性是否有差异。结果:观察组患者在术后第1天、3天及出院时NRS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在术后第3天SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),同时功能锻炼依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ERAS疼痛管理在膝关节炎焦虑患者中,能明显改善术后疼痛、焦虑,并能够提高术后膝关节功能锻炼依从性。
Objective:To evaluate the influence of the pain management model of medical anesthesia and ERAS on functional exercise compliance in anxiety patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis anxiety admitted to this hospital.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given medical anesthesia and nursing Trinity pain management model to intervene.The postoperative pain,anxiety and functional exercise compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the first day,the third day after operation and on discharge(P<0.05);the SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the third day after operation(P<0.05);the compliance of the observation group with functional exercise was higher than that of the control group on the third day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions:The three-in-one pain management model of medical anesthesia and nursing relieves the pain and anxiety of patients with knee arthritis anxiety after operation.
