摘要
目的:探讨三师共管下的三级康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能康复的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年6月本院收治的60例脑卒中患者,随机分为康复组(32例)与对照组(28例)。两组均予内科常规治疗并实施三师共管,康复组在全周期内进行三级康复治疗,对照组在早期进行康复治疗。在入组时及治疗后1、2、3个月,采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)进行运动功能评定。结果:治疗后1个月,两组FMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2、3个月,康复组FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,康复组运动功能分级明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三师共管下的三级康复治疗能够有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能,实现康复效益最大化。该模式可行、有效,社会意义重大,应当在临床推广。
Objective:To discuss the effects of three-staged rehabilitation treatment with co-management of doctors of three kinds for motor functional recovery in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:A total of 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the rehabilitation group (32 cases) and the control group (28 cases).They were both got internal conventional therapy and co-management of doctors of three kinds,the rehabilitation group was received three-staged rehabilitation treatment in the whole cycle,while the control group was received rehabilitation treatment in the early stage.The simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) was used to assess motor function at the time of enrollment and 1,2,3 months after treatment.Result:One month after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FMA scores between the two groups (P>0.05);2,3 months after treatment,FMA score of the rehabilitation group was higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the motor function grade of the rehabilitation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-staged rehabilitation with co-management of doctors of three kinds can improve the motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia and maximize the rehabilitation benefits.This model is feasible and effective and has great social significance,which should be promoted in clinical practice.
