摘要
为了研究高强不锈钢绞线与水泥基复合材料(ECC)间的黏结滑移性能,以ECC抗拉强度、钢绞线公称直径和相对锚固长度等为试验参数,通过高强不锈钢绞线在ECC立方体中的拉拔试验,研究二者的黏结性能.试验结果表明当ECC保护层足够大时,主要发生钢绞线的滑移和拉断两种破坏模式.对于发生钢绞线滑移的试件,随着相对锚固长度和钢绞线公称直径的增大,其峰值拉拔荷载增大,但是二者平均黏结应力减小;随着ECC抗拉强度的增大,其峰值拉拔荷载和平均黏结应力均增大,说明ECC抗拉强度对二者的黏结性能影响最大.基于改进的BPE模型,建立了高强不锈钢绞线与ECC的黏结-滑移关系模型,提出了模型参数中峰值黏结应力和滑移量等表达式.经验证分析,所提模型及模型参数计算公式与试验结果符合良好,能较好地反映二者的黏结滑移特征.
In order to investigate the bond-slip property of high-strength stainless steel strand in engineered cementitious composites(ECC),three parameters of ECC tensile strength,steel strand diameter and relative anchorage length were considered,and the bond property of the two was studied by the pull-out test of high-strength stainless steel strand in ECC cubes.The test results show that two failure modes,namely steel strand slip and steel strand break,will occur when the ECC protection layer is large enough.For specimens with steel strand slippage,the peak drawing load increased with the increase of relative anchorage length and nominal diameter of steel strand,while the average bonding stress decreased.With the increase of the tensile strength of ECC,the peak drawing load and average bonding stress were all increased,indicating that the tensile strength of ECC has the greatest influence on the bond property of the two.Based on the test results,the bond failure characteristics and bond-slip mechanism of steel strand in ECC were analyzed.According to the improved BPE model,the bond-slip relationship model between steel strand and ECC was established.The expressions of peak bond stress and slip in the model parameters were proposed. Through verification and analysis,the proposed model and model parameters calculation formulas agree well with the experimental results and can better reflect the bond-slip characteristic of the interface between steel strand mesh and ECC.
