沙漠砂制备工程水泥基复合材料单轴拉伸性能分析 被引量:6

摘要 工程水泥基复合材料(简称ECC)具有应变硬化、多裂缝开展、高延性和高韧性特性,砂的工程性质与粉煤灰对于ECC是同等重要的组成部分。针对ECC工程造价高、河砂资源匮乏的问题,本文以原状毛乌素沙漠砂部分或全部替代河砂,以聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA)为阻裂材料,制备工程水泥基复合材料(简称PVA-DSECC)。试验研究了水胶比、砂胶比、沙漠砂替代率及龄期(28d、56d、90d)等因素对PVA-DSECC材料单轴受拉应力-应变曲线、弹性模量、开裂强度、稳定开裂强度、抗拉强度、极限拉应变及裂缝控制能力等单轴拉伸性能的影响,结果表明:原状毛乌素沙漠砂可以完全替代水洗河砂制备ECC,其单轴拉伸性与河砂制备ECC性能相近,能满足工程应用要求。 Engineered cementitious composite(referred to as ECC)have strain hardening,multi-crack development,high ductility and high toughness.The engineering properties of sand are as important as the fly ash for ECC.In view of the high cost of ECC project and the lack of river sand resources,this paper replaces river sand with part or all of Mu Us desert sand and prepares engineering cement-based composite material(referred to as PVA-DSECC)with polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA)as cracking material.The effects of uniaxial tensile properties such as the uniaxial tensile stress-strain curve,elastic modulus,cracking strength,stable cracking strength,tensile strength,ultimate tensile strain and crack control ability of PVA-DSECC materials were studied by factors such as water-to-binder ratio,sand-to-binder ratio,desert sand replacement rate and age(28d,56d,90d).The results show that the desert sand can completely replace the washed river sand to prepare ECC,and its uniaxial tensile performance meets the requirements of engineering application.
