摘要
目的:了解儿童1型糖尿病延续护理应用程序“糖宝随访”APP的用户满意度。方法:选取2019年7—9月在首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院糖尿病门诊随访并且使用过“糖宝随访”APP的儿童1型糖尿病患儿家庭,采用一般资料问卷和APP用户体验测评问卷进行测评。结果:226个家庭参与调查,问卷4个维度均得到了较高的评价,患儿就医付费方式、所处年级,主要照顾者文化程度和使用APP的频率对测评结果有影响。结论:延续护理“糖宝随访”APP的出现,解决了儿童1型糖尿病患儿的一些问题,也获得了较高的认可,但仍有需要改进的地方。
Objective:To understand the user's experience and satisfaction of the Tangbao follow-up app,which is a continuous care application for children with type 1 diabetes.Methods:Following convenient sampling,between July and September 2019,families of children with diabetes who visited the diabetes clinic at the Beijing Children's Hospital were invited to use the Tangbao application and completed the general information questionnaire and app user experience questionnaire.The user's experience questionnaire evaluated the aspects related to the service,operation,affection and safety regarding the use of the app.Results:A total of 226 families participated in the study and completed the survey.They reported relevantly high scores regarding the four dimensions on users experience and satisfaction.The payment method for medical treatment,the grade of children,main caregivers'education level and the frequency of using the app had a significant impact on users'experience and satisfaction regarding the app.Conclusion:The implementation of continuous care app such as Tangbao has solved some problems in the management of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus,and it has gained high recognition among users but with needs for further improvement.
