摘要
元江特大桥是国内罕见的高桥墩上承式连续钢桁联桥,主墩为双柱薄壁空心墩,两肢墩柱间采用PBL剪力键+交叉钢桁联连接,最高墩达154 m。PBL剪力键为外伸式结构,单个剪力键高2.69 m,质量1.39 t。通过对不同吊装及安装工况进行模拟:以确保稳定性、精确定位和减少模板工作量为原则,合理设计剪力键定位支架;以减少交叉作业,确保安装精度和稳定性为原则,从技术、工期、成本等角度综合分析,合理设置交叉钢桁联杆件的安装时机;通过设置预偏移量、加强监控量测的形式,动态掌握高墩施工过程中结构变形和内力的参数误差,避免高墩结构变形和受力严重偏离理论计算轨迹。研究出的安装技术,确保了PBL剪力键和交叉钢桁联在现场安装定位精度达到预期效果。
Yuanjiang super large bridge is a rare continuous steel truss bridge with high piers in China.The main pier is double column thin-walled hollow pier.PBL shear key and cross steel truss connection are used between the two pier columns.The highest pier is 154 m.The PBL shear key is an extended structure.The height of single shear key is 2.69 m and the weight is 1.39 t.Based on the principle of ensuring the stability,precising positioning and reducing the workload of formwork,the shear key positioning support is reasonably designed through the simulation of different hoisting and installation conditions.Based on the principle of reducing cross operation and ensuring installation accuracy and stability,the installation timing of cross steel truss coupling members is reasonably set through comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of technology,construction period and cost.By setting the pre offset and strengthening the monitoring and measurement,the parameter errors of structural deformation and internal force in the construction process of high pier can be mastered dynamically,so as to avoid the deformation and stress of high pier seriously deviate from the theoretical calculation track.The precise installation technology ensures that the positioning accuracy of PBL shear key and cross steel truss is achieved in the field.
