大跨度混合梁斜拉桥施工控制关键技术 被引量:45

Construction Control Key Technique of Long-Span Hybrid Girder Cable-Stayed Bridge

摘要 江顺大桥主桥为主跨700m的双塔双索面混合梁斜拉桥,该桥钢箱梁采用悬臂拼装施工,边跨预应力混凝土箱梁采用支架现浇法施工。为保证成桥后的线形及内力满足设计要求,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立全桥杆系有限元模型,并基于无应力状态法对该桥进行施工控制。在施工控制中,采取了桥塔应力及线形控制、塔内斜拉索锚固块预抬量及钢锚梁预抬量控制、主梁的钢箱梁制造线形及施工线形控制、斜拉索的下料长度及施工中斜拉索索力控制等关键控制技术。成桥后对桥塔应力和偏位、主梁测点高程、斜拉索索力的实测值与理论值进行对比分析,结果表明:以上各数据的实测值与理论值均吻合较好,误差均在合理范围内,满足设计要求,成桥状态良好。 The main bridge of the Jiangshun Bridge is a double-pylon and double-cable-plane hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 700 m.The method of cantilever assembling was used to construct the steel box girder of the bridge and the method of scaffolding and cast-insitu was used in construction of the prestressed concrete girders of the side spans.In order to ensure that the alignment and internal forces of the completed bridge could meet the design requirements,the frame system finite element model of the whole bridge was established,using the software MIDAS Civil and the bridge was brought under the construction control based on the " unstressed state method".During the construction control,the key control techniques were used to control the parameters such as the stresses and alignment of the pylons,the pre-camber of the stay cable anchor blocks and the steel anchor beams inside the pylons,the manufacturing and construction alignment of the steel box girder,the cutting length of the cables and the cable forces during the construction.After the bridge was completed,the measured stresses and alignment of the pylons,elevation of all girder sections and the cable forces were comparatively analyzed with the corresponding theoretical values.The results show that all the measured values match well with the theoretical values,the errors are all within the rational ranges and the completed bridge can meet the design requirements and is in good condition.
