摘要
分析近十年小儿脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)吞咽障碍的临床研究概况,以期为进一步优化治疗方案,促进脑瘫患儿康复提供参考。通过检索中国知网、万方、维普、超星四个数据库近十年的相关文献35篇,对其进行分析、归纳和总结。在治疗小儿脑瘫吞咽障碍的方法中,多数采用两种或两种以上的方法联合使用,中西医结合的综合治疗疗效显著,其中小儿推拿安全有效,简便易行,患儿依从性高,更适用于脑瘫儿童。
To analyze the clinical research situation of dysphagia in children with cerebral palsy in the recent ten years,in order to provide reference for further optimizing the treatment plan and promoting the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.A total of literatures were selected for analysis,induction and summary by searching the relevant documents of the four databases of CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and Superstar in the recent ten years.In the treatment of dysphasia in children with cerebral palsy,two or more methods were used in combination in most cases,and the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect,of which pediatric massage was safe and effective,simple and easy to operate with high compliance,so it was more suitable for children with cerebral palsy.
