摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌保乳手术中MRI的应用及临床价值。方法:收集广东省深圳市龙华区人民医院2015年1月-2018年12月收治的乳腺癌保乳手术患者96例,术前开展乳腺MRI检查46例作为观察组,术前未开展乳腺MRI检查50例作为对照组,两组年龄、乳腺类型、病理类型等一般资料差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者均适合保乳术,比较两组切缘阳性率和切缘阳性患者的病理类型。结果:观察组切缘阳性率为21.74%,低于对照组的36.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组切缘阳性患者病理类型比较中,浸润性导管癌、导管原位癌、其他病理类型占比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌保乳术前开展MRI检查可有效降低乳腺癌患者切缘阳性率。
Objective: To explore the application and clinical value of MRI in breast conserving surgery. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2018, 96 patients with breast cancer underwent breast conserving surgery in Longhua District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province were divided into two groups according to the examination method. 46 patients who had breast MRI examination before operation were taken as the observation group, and 50 patients who had not had breast MRI examination before operation were taken as the contrast group. There was no significant difference in age, breast type and pathological type between the two groups(P>0.05),All patients were suitable for breast conserving surgery. Compared the positive rate of cutting edge between the two groups, and compared pathological types of patients with positive margin. Results: The positive rate of cutting edge in the observation group was 21.74%, lower than that of the control group 36%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the proportion of invasive ductal carcinoma, ductal carcinoma in situ and other pathological types between the two groups of patients with positive margin(P>0.05).Conclusion: MRI examination before breast conserving surgery can effectively reduce the positive rate of cutting edge of breast cancer patients.
