摘要
目的:探讨吲哚菁绿联合美蓝在乳腺癌保乳术中前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)的应用价值。方法:选择2018年2月-2019年10月本院收治的100例行SLNB的早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用吲哚菁绿联合美蓝示踪剂,对照组单独采用美蓝示踪剂。比较两组患者前哨淋巴结检出结果、转移及阳性情况。结果:观察组淋巴结检出49例,检出率98.0%;对照组淋巴结检出43例,检出率86.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组前哨淋巴结检出187枚,平均(4.04±0.54)枚,对照组共检出117枚,平均(2.34±0.37)枚,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组前哨淋巴结转移率26.5%,前哨淋巴结阳性检出率14.4%,对照组前哨淋巴结转移率9.3%,前哨淋巴结阳性检出率5.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吲哚菁绿联合美蓝示踪剂对前哨淋巴结活检的可视性好,对前哨淋巴结数量及阳性前哨淋巴结检出率更高,可在临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the value of indocyanine green combined with methylene blue in sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) of breast cancer.Method:A total of 100 patients with early breast cancer who underwent SLNB were selected as the study subjects from February 2018 to October 2019,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each.Indocyanine green combined with methylene blue tracer was used in the observation group,methylene blue tracer was used in the control group alone.The results of SLN detection,metastasis and positive status between the two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group,49 cases were detected with a detection rate of 98.0%,in the control group,43 cases of lymph nodes were detected,with a detection rate of 86.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).187 sentinel lymph nodes were detected in the observation group,with an average of (4.04±0.54) nodes,while 117 sentinel lymph nodes were detected in the control group,with an average of (2.34±0.37) nodes,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).In the observation group,sentinel lymph node metastasis rate was 26.5%,sentinel lymph node positive rate was 14.4%.In the control group,sentinel lymph node metastasis rate was 9.3%,sentinel lymph node positive rate was 5.1%.It had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Indocyanine green combined with methylene blue tracer has good visibility for SLNB,higher number and positive detection rate of SLN,it can widely use in clinical practice.
