介入精细动作技能训练有助于智力落后儿童的认知发展 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨介入精细动作技能训练有助于智力落后儿童的认知发展。方法2018年1月至2019年5月期间东莞市第八人民医院收治智力落后患儿80例,给予所有患儿进行精细动作技能训练治疗,观察治疗前后的智商评分以及生活质量评分。结果治疗后轻度缺陷和中度缺陷患儿所占比例明显上升,治疗后患儿独立生活、运动、作业操作、交往、参加集体活动、自我管理评分明显高于治疗前,对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对智力落后儿童进行精细动作技能训练,可显著提高智力落后患儿的智商,改善患儿的生活质量,促进患儿的认知发展。 Objective To explore that intervention in fine motor skills training can help the cognitive development of mentally retarded children.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,80 children with mental retardation were admitted to The Eighth People′s Hospital of Dongguan.All children were given fine motor skills training and treatment,and the IQ scores and quality of life scores before and after treatment were observed.Results The proportion of children with mild and moderate defects increased significantly after treatment.After treatment,the children living independently,exercising,operating,interacting,participating in group activities and self-management scores were significantly higher than those before treatment.The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine motor skills training for children with mental retardation can significantly improve the IQ of children with mental retardation,improve the quality of life of the children,and promote the cognitive development of the children.
