摘要
为了制备具有高存储稳定性的高掺量橡胶沥青,基于配伍性研究,通过离析指标和PG分级试验,研究胶粉掺量对改性沥青性能影响。并通过水稳定性试验和高温车辙试验,评价高掺量橡胶沥青路用性能。研究表明:高掺量橡胶沥青在存储早期(24 h内)的177℃黏度有一定程度的下降,存储中后期(24 h后)177℃黏度趋于稳定,具有良好的储存稳定性。掺量为25%时,高掺量橡胶沥青满足PG82-28指标要求,高温稳定性和水稳定性均满足要求。
In order to prepare high-volume rubber asphalt with high storage stability,this paper studies the effect of rubber powder content on the performance of modified asphalt based on the study of compatibility,through segregation index and PG classification test.And through the water stability test and high temperature rutting test to evaluate the road performance of high content rubber asphalt.Research shows that the viscosity of high content rubber asphalt at 177℃in the early storage period(within 24 h)decreases to a certain extent,and the viscosity at 177℃in the middle and late storage period(after 24 h)tends to be stable and has good storage stability.When the content is 25%,the high content rubber asphalt meets the requirements of PG82-28 index,and the high temperature stability and water stability meet the requirements.
