摘要
软硬沥青复配温拌改性沥青混合料是借助软沥青的低粘度实现沥青混合料的低温拌和,采用"干法"工艺在拌和过程中添加岩沥青,利用岩沥青的抗老化性能来保证沥青混合料的路用性能。采用劈裂强度试验评价老化时间及硬沥青掺量对软硬沥青复配混合料性能的影响,并在最优掺量及老化时间条件下验证其路用性能。结果表明:软硬沥青复配混合料的劈裂强度随老化时间的延长和硬沥青掺量的增加而增大。软硬沥青复配混合料在水稳定性、高温、低温性能等方面与热拌沥青混合料性能相当,表现出优异的路用性能。
The soft and hard asphalt mixture warm mix modified asphalt mixture is based on the low viscosity of soft asphalt to achieve low temperature mixing of asphalt mixture.The"dry method"process is used to add rock asphalt in the mixing process,and the anti-aging performance of rock asphalt is used to ensure the road performance of the asphalt mixture.The splitting strength test was used to evaluate the effect of aging time and hard asphalt content on the properties of soft and hard asphalt compound mixture,and the road performance was verified under the optimal dosage and aging time.The results show that the splitting strength of the soft and hard asphalt compound mixture increases with the aging time and the increase of hard asphalt content.The soft and hard asphalt compound mixture has the same performance as the hot mix asphalt mixture in terms of water stability,high and low temperature performance,and exhibits excellent road performance.
