摘要
以新时代教育发展理论体系为代表,为我国各级各类教育改革与发展提供了遵循,也促使农村义务教育发展产生深入的结构性变革。这其中,"九个坚持"揭示了新时代农村义务教育发展的基本规律",三个培养"指明了新时代农村义务教育人才培养的根本方向。新的教育体系要求促使农村义务教育发展产生结构性变革,面对挑战应全面厘定新时代农村义务教育发展结构性变革的目标与内容,应在外部性教育资源精准配置、内生性发展结构完善、内外结构融合等方面综合发力,解决好新时期农村义务教育发展结构性变革中的一些基本问题。
Taking the theoretical system of education development in the new era as the representative,it provides the following for the reform and development of all kinds of education at all levels in China,and also promotes the development of rural compulsory education to produce in-depth structural changes.Among them,"nine persistence"reveals the basic law of the development of rural compulsory education in the new era,and"Three Cultivation"points out the fundamental direction of talent cultivation of rural compulsory education in the new era.The new education system requires structural changes in the development of rural compulsory education.In the face of challenges,we should comprehensively determine the objectives and contents of the structural reform of rural compulsory education in the new era.We should make comprehensive efforts in the accurate allocation of external education resources,the improvement of endogenous development structure,and the integration of internal and external structures,so as to solve the structural changes in the development of rural compulsory education in the new period.
