摘要
目的:观察自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)患者检测中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板-淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、淋巴细胞-单核细胞比值(LMR)的临床价值。方法:抽取2018年1月至2020年1月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的80例AIH患者作为研究组,另抽取80例健康人员作为对照组。对两组研究对象均进行PLR、NLR、LMR水平检测,记录检测结果,采用Logistic回归法分析上述指标对AIH的检测价值。结果:研究组PLR(83.2±20.5)、LMR(3.7±1.1)均低于对照组的(166.6±34.7)、(92.7±4.2),且研究组NLR(3.4±1.3)高于对照组(1.1±0.3),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,研究组PLR、LMR明显升高,NLR水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归法分析结果显示NLR及肝功能指标升高、PLR及LMR降低是AIH的危险因素。结论:PLR、NLR、LMR与AIH患者病情转化密切相关,通过PLR、NLR、LMR检测可了解患者肝损伤程度,评估患者预后。
Objective To observe the value of detection of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),lymphocyte-monocyte ratio(LMR)in autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)patients.Methods Eighty cases of AIH patients who were treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study group,and another 80 cases of health person were divided into the control group.The liver function index and the levels of PLR,NLR,LMR of the two groups were tested,the test results were recorded,and the evaluation value of the above indexes for AIH were analyzed by Logistic regression method.Results The levels of PLR(83.2±20.5),LMR(3.7±1.1)in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(166.6±34.7),(92.7±4.2)],and the level of NLR(3.4±1.3)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(1.1±0.3),P<0.05;after 3 months of treatment,the levels of PLR,LMR in the study group were significantly increased,and the NLR level decreased significantly(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that NLR and liver function index increased,PLR and LMR decreased were the risk factors of AIH.Conclusions PLR,NLR and LMR are closely related to the transformation of AIH patients.Through the detection of PLR,NLR、LMR,we can know the degree of liver injury and evaluate the prognosis of patients.
