摘要
基于现有福州市115个饮用水源保护区划分方法和水质达标状况的回顾性评价,提出了历史划分与新规范的矛盾性以及特殊水源地特殊指标的超标问题。从水源地有效管理和定量化划分的技术角度,对现有问题水源保护区进行科学的调整。从技术源头保障用水安全,对沿海城市水源保护区的划定与调整具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the retrospective evaluation of the existing 115 drinking water source protection areas and water quality status in Fuzhou city,the contradiction between the historical delineating method and the new standard and the exceeding of the special index of the special water source area were put forward in this study.And then we proposed a scientific adjustment plans for the centralized drinking water source protection areas from the perspectives of effective management and quantified delineating technology to guarantee the safety of water consumption of cities.Our study provides technical support for delineating and adjusting the water source protection zone in coastal cities.
