摘要
从宏观层面整体概括了当前全国集中式饮用水水源地环境保护工作的背景和重要意义,并以北方山区城市-承德市为例,针对饮用水水源地环境保护难度大的普遍制约因素和主要问题,提出加强饮用水水源地污染防治和管理能力建设等措施,用以解决承德市目前危害饮用水安全的问题。以点及面,为山区城市傍河地下型饮用水水源地保护的研究提供初步依据。
The background and the significance of environment protection are analyzed in national macroscopic level.This paper selects the northern mountainous city of Chengde as an example,analyses the difficulty of protecting drinking-water source area and the main problems,and puts forward measures for preventing pollution of drinking-water source area and enhancing management capacity and so on,which can solve the safety problem of drinking-water source.The study in this paper is the base for protecting drinking-water source area of groundwater sources of riverside in mountainous cities in the future.
