摘要
北京市通州区文化旅游区多舱综合管廊预制生产中,通过研究工艺流程、模具准备及检验、钢筋骨架制作入模及预留预埋安装、混凝土浇筑及收面、混凝土养护、成品检测等关键工序,确定了特制胎具精准绑扎钢筋骨架法、分层分组浇筑法、立体式蒸养与测温、三维扫描测量技术等关键工艺,保证了预制综合管廊生产质量及生产进度,证明在厂内生产预制综合管廊,制作精度及质量均可满足设计及使用要求。
During precasting of multiple-cabin comprehensive pipe gallery in the cultural tourism zone of Tongzhou district,Beijing,key processes were studied,such as process flow,formwork preparation and inspection,construction,preserving and pre-embedding of steel skeleton structure,concrete casting and finishing,concrete curing and finished product inspection,etc.,to determine the accurate steel skeleton bonding method using tailored-positioner,casting in different layers and groups,stereometric steaming curing,temperature testing technique,three-dimension scanning measurement technique,as well as other key processes.The production quality and schedule of precast comprehensive pipe gallery were guaranteed.It was shown that precast comprehensive pipe gallery produced in factory has high precast accuracy and quality satisfying the design and service requirements.
