摘要
传统的地下综合管廊围护结构多数采用放坡开挖、钢板桩、钻孔管桩等。试验研究将预制地下连续墙设计成“两墙合一”围护结构应用在城市地下综合管廊工程中属国内首创。通过采用预制地墙作为两墙合一,可减小管廊外尺寸占地面积,降低开挖空间,同时,可长期控制管廊箱体整体发生位移,同时顶板采用叠合工艺,实现了预制拼装工艺,绿色环保。通过实际工程为试验载体,将预制地下连续墙工艺、预制叠合板顶板工艺相结合,探索地下预制装配技术在综合管廊中的成功应用,取得了良好的实施效果。
Most of the traditional underground comprehensive pipe gallery enclosure structure adopts slope excavation,steel sheet piles,bored pipe piles,etc.In this experimental study,the design of the prefabricated diaphragm wall as a"two-wall-in-one"enclosure structure applied in the urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery project is a domestic initiative.Through the Taopu Technology Smart City integrated pipe gallery project as the implementation carrier,the prefabricated underground continuous wall technology and the prefabricated superimposed roof technology were combined to explore the successful application of underground prefabricated assembly technology in the integrated pipe gallery and achieved good implementation results.
