摘要
目的比较浅表性膀胱癌采用膀胱部分切除术与经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月本院收治的94例浅表性膀胱癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例。对照组采用膀胱部分切除术治疗,观察组采用尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、导管留置时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的19.15%,差异有统计学意义(c2=7.627,P<0.05);术后,观察组患者生理健康、心理健康及社会功能等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对浅表性膀胱癌患者采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗,术后并发症较少,患者术后恢复较快,且对患者术后生活质量有明显改善作用,有推广应用的价值。
Objective To compare the effects of partial cystectomy and transurethral resection of bladder tumor for superficial bladder cancer.Methods 94 patients with superficial bladder cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with partial cystectomy and the observation group was treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumors,the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the operation time,bladder irrigation time,catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%,which was lower than 19.15%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(c2=7.627,P<0.05);after the operation,the observation group patients’physical health,mental health and social function scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumors for superficial bladder cancer patients has fewer postoperative complications,faster postoperative recovery,and significant improvement in the quality of life of patients after surgery,which has the value of promotion and application.
