摘要
目的:分析采取经尿道电切手术和2μm激光切除手术治疗在浅表性膀胱癌患者中的有效性。方法:选取2013年11月-2016年11月在本院治疗的浅表性膀胱癌患者88例,根据治疗方式不同对所选患者进行分组,参照组40例采取经尿道电切手术治疗,研究组48例采取2μm激光切除手术治疗,对比两组患者治疗的有效性。结果:术前,两组TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,研究组TNF-α、IL-6均明显低于参照组,IL-10明显高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的各项临床手术指标均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的满意度为95.83%,高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取经尿道电切手术和2μm激光切除手术治疗浅表性膀胱癌,2μm激光切除手术各项指标比较好,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of surgical treatment for patients with superficial bladder cancer with transurethral electrotomy and 2μm laser resection.Method:88 patients with superficial bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment methods,40 cases in the reference group were treated with transurethral resection,and 48 cases in the research group were treated with 2μm laser resection,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:Before operation,there were no significant differences in TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the TNF-αand IL-6 values in the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,IL-10 was significantly larger than that in reference group,there were significant differences after comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical surgical indexes of the study group patients were better than those in reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 95.83%,which was higher than 80.00%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of superficial bladder cancer patients treated with transurethral electrotomy and 2μm laser excision,the indexes of 2μm laser excision are better and worth applying.
